Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards online. Phone
orders can be paid by check.
Shipping
The shipping and handling charge is $5.00
on all orders of non-framed reproductions. Framed prints and original
paintings are shipped at extra charge.
We ship cards and unframed prints via USPS Priority
Mail or USPS First Class Mail, and they usually go out the next business day.
We ship original paintings via UPS ground. The shipping charge includes
insurance. We usually ship paintings within one week of the order.
Taxes
We charge a 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Connecticut. There is
no tax for other states. According to state law, we must charge sales tax on
shipping as well as for merchandise.
Returns and exchanges
Within 10 days of delivery, you may return products for
exchange or refund. Please send your products in good condition, postage
prepaid, to Little Frog Gallery, 35 Blinman Street, New London, CT
06320. Indicate your order number, and whether you want a
refund or exchange.

Security
When purchasing from our store, our server requires a
secure connection.
Your browser shows a closed "lock" icon at the bottom of the screen when
the connection is secure.
For your additional protection, we do not store your credit card information
on our server. This means that in the rare occurrence of a successful
intrusion into our server, there will be no sensitive information to take.
