Reproductions of paintings by Charles Chu
Since the 1980s, Charles Chu has periodically had postcards printed bearing
the image of a favorite painting. He used them mostly as seasonal
greeting cards. Although most of these are now out of
print, some of you may have a Chu postcard or two among your keepsakes.
Now that the Little Frog Gallery is open, anyone can purchase reproductions
of Charles' paintings. Although we don't have any of the postcards
from the 1980s for sale, we have freshly printed reproductions in three
formats:
Prints
Our high quality prints are nearly indistinguishable from the original
paintings. They are printed on heavy-weight acid-free paper. We offer
27
selections of prints.
Note Cards
Our note cards are very popular - they offer a unique alternative to the
greeting cards you can buy in stores. They feature beautiful color
reproductions of paintings on the front. The insides are blank - perfect
for writing your own note or greeting. And the backs of the cards show
the name, date, and translated inscription from the painting. We offer
66
selections of note cards.
Postcards
Sending Charles Chu postcards is an inexpensive way to share the beauty
of Chinese Brushworks with firends and family. The cards measure 4.25
inches by 6 inches and mail at the postcard rate. We have
4
selections of postcards.
